Where is my order confirmation email?

We send you two emails after you place an order. An order confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation once your package has been dispatched.

If you have not received your order confirmation email, please first check your spam or junk folder.

If you used your phone number instead of your email address during checkout, you will not receive a confirmation email. In that case, please contact our customer service and provide the email address you would like to link to your order, so you can receive the shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

It takes 2 to 3 business days to process and ship your order after it has been placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has left our fulfillment center.

Can I change my address?

If you made a mistake when entering your delivery address, you can still change it before your order has been shipped. In some cases, small address changes can also be made after the order has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to update your address.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 5 business days after we have processed your order. If your product is out of stock, there may be an additional delay of 2 to 3 business days.
